New to importing?
Start here.
A little clarity makes a big difference.
Let’s answer the essentials.
Can you help me import from China for the first time?
Yes. Share the products you want, your approximate quantity, and your destination. We can help you plan sourcing, supplier payments, consolidation, and shipping around your order.
Which platforms can you source from?
We assist with purchases from 1688, Alibaba, Taobao, and Pinduoduo, as well as physical companies and factories in China. Send a product link, image, or description so the team can review your request.
Can I buy the goods myself and use your shipping service?
Yes. If you prefer to handle your own purchases, contact us for receiving instructions before sending your goods to our China office. We can then arrange consolidation and onward shipping.
Do you offer both air and sea shipping?
Yes. Air and sea freight are available. The appropriate option depends on the cargo, its weight and dimensions, your destination, and when you need it. Ask the team to review both options for your shipment.
